The Herdsman of the Wasteland Page 2 of 2
The ancient god egg seemed unable to resist the gaunt figure's long inhalation, falling helplessly toward the great mouth!
Shen Mu gave chase at full speed, rushing out of the Glazed Blue Sky Banner, yet he was a step too late, watching as the Egg of Taishi dropped with a plop into the gaunt figure's mouth, only the egg was too large and stuck in the man's throat, so he could not swallow it. The gaunt figure paid it no mind, and streams of Taishi qi flew swiftly from the Egg of Taishi, devoured by the gaunt figure.
The energy within the Egg of Taishi was beyond imagination, surging madly into his body.
Only then did the gaunt figure sense something amiss, for the Taishi qi coming from the great egg he could not refine and absorb!
From within the Egg of Taishi came obscure words of the dao: "Mu Tianzun, the dao of Taishi is the union of yin and yang, mingled as one, from the One form is born, having form yet without substance.
" "Take yin and yang and turn them into Taiji!
Why do you not strike?
