The Great Void had originally contained inner demons as well, but those inner demons were strange. They were not entirely the inner demons of those who had come to the Great Void; more of them were the inner demons of the Creators of old.
These inner demons came from the battle in which the Great Emperor had launched a surprise attack on the Great Void.
The Great Emperor had his Supreme Divine Consciousness Domain broken by Yun, Ling, and Yue, and died on the Lotus Continent. The Great Void fell into collapse. The Creators of that time tried to restore the Great Void to its original state, but found it could not be restored.
Their conception had turned the Great Void into a place that, no matter how it was destroyed, would always return to its original state. Even if those inner demons were killed, they would reappear.
The Creators could not survive in this place, and so they thought of migrating to the Far Shore Void.
The inner demons of the present, however, came from the collapsing void and were not the same as the native inner demons of the Great Void.
Rumble, rumble. A massive Creator corpse, limbs braced against the ground, crawled out from among the mountains. Its hands and feet sent rocks flying from the mountain ridges, and countless inner demons swirled around the giant corpse.
"The Void is being annihilated. The Great Void is changing again!" Shen Mu's expression was grave. The Great Void was now more perilous than before.
The corpse-walker let out a roar, and all the inner demons turned to look at Shen Mu and Bai Yuqiong.
