Chapter 1254 — The Lord of the Netherworld Descends

The Reincarnation Bell quivered, and that door shattered. The dreadful toll seemed to travel through the depths of space; clang, clang, clang, the sound came from the deepest reaches of space, shaking it until it burst open again and again.

Yin Jiuzun raced after the sound of the bell, only to see a doorway suddenly appear on the wall of the Heavenly Court's divine city ahead; Shen Mu pushed the door open and burst out from within the wall. Behind him the bell tolled, and the wall exploded, blown open in a great hole by the sound!

Shen Mu looked up, and there before him was the mouth of the Reincarnation Bell; with a clang it drew him inside.

Yin Jiuzun's arms surged with power and he slammed the great bell down upon the ground; his headless body circled it round and round, arms flying, boom, boom, boom, striking the bell's wall again and again.

The Reincarnation Bell shook with a roar; a dull sound came from beneath the earth; the divine city rocked without cease, and the heavenly soldiers and generals within were shaken this way and that.

And at that very moment, Shen Mu had already arrived at the Nether Capital of the Great Void, making straight for the city wall that the Reincarnation Bell had shaken down.
